Our pickup service is intended for large, bulky items that won't fit into your vehicle. Other items can be dropped off at our store on Tuesday through Saturday by appointment between 10 am - 4 pm. Please note items may be refused by the driver if the items fall outside of our donation guidelines. Our donation truck driver will inspect all items at the time of pickup and will respectfully decline an item should the condition not meet the guidelines, including pictures will help determine if an item fits our guidelines.

Pick up time will be determined once your donation is confirmed and the daily schedule is finalized. Once we optimize the truck's route for your pick up day, we will inform you what time to should expect our truck to arrive (usually a 2 - 3 hour window between 9am - 5pm of your pick up date). This typically happens about 1-4 days in advance.
