Thank you for choosing Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County ReStore to donate your items! We offer a free pick up service for residents living in our service area and for items that you cannot transport yourself. .

We can only schedule pickups that include large items that won't fit in a car or suv. Two or more large items, minimum, are required. We do not arrange single item pickups at this time. Smaller items can be dropped off at one of our two locations between the hours of 10am & 4:30pm Tuesdays-Saturdays.

AM indicates a pickup time between 10:00AM and noon. PM indicates a pickup time between 1:00pm and 6pm Tues-Thurs or 3:00pm Fri-Sat.

You will receive a confirmation email within an hour. Truck routes will be finalized the day prior to pickup, at which time you will receive a second email with a 2-hour time window for your pickup the next day. If you need to change (including adding items to your pickup list) or cancel your pickup, please email restoredonations@ncc.org or call 302-652-5181 to speak with a Donations Coordinator.
